Audience Engagement

Turn a room of watchers into participants

Live polls, digital surveys and interactive voting that run on any phone in the room. Ask a question from the stage, watch the answers land in real time, and put the result on the screen behind you before the moment passes.

Capabilities

Interaction without the friction

Nobody downloads an app for a ten-second poll. Everything here runs in the browser your audience already has open.

Live Polls

Publish a poll live and results move as votes land. Close it the moment you have your answer, and the room sees the final split on screen.

Digital Surveys

Multiple-choice or single-choice questions, reordered as you like, with bulk option entry when you are building something long. Public page, no login for respondents.

Interactive Voting

Audience choice awards, people's favourite, best-dressed — any moment where the room should decide. The same voting engine that runs your main categories.

Response Analytics

Counts and percentages per option, updating as responses arrive, with the full result set exportable to Excel when you want it in the post-event report.

Reusable Polls

Duplicate a poll for the next session, or reset its responses and run the same questions with a different room. Build the instrument once, use it all year.

Attached or Standalone

Hang a poll off a specific event, or run it entirely on its own for research and community feedback between events. A single dashboard shows all of them.

Live Polls

Ask the room, get the answer on stage

A host asks a question, the audience answers on their phones, and the bar chart fills behind them while they are still talking. Publish the poll live, close it when you have what you need, and the final numbers stay on record.

  • Publish live, close instantly to stop responses
  • Counts and percentages per option as they arrive
  • Public poll page — no login, no app install
  • Reset responses and run the same poll again

Surveys

Surveys people actually finish

Long forms get abandoned. Build a short instrument with single- or multiple-choice questions, reorder them until the flow reads naturally, and bulk-add options when a question has twenty answers rather than four.

  • Single-choice and multiple-choice question types
  • Add, edit and reorder questions and options freely
  • Bulk-add options for long answer lists
  • Duplicate a survey to reuse it next cycle

Analytics

Every response, counted and exportable

A single dashboard shows every poll across every event, so you are not hunting for last quarter's numbers. Each one carries its response analytics, and the whole result set exports to Excel for the report nobody wants to assemble by hand.

  • Polls dashboard spanning all events at a glance
  • Counts and percentages per option
  • Export poll results to Excel
  • Close a poll to freeze the record

How It Works

Question to answer in four steps

Quick enough to build between sessions, which is usually when you decide you need one.

1
Build

Write the questions

Choose single or multiple choice, add your options — one at a time or in bulk — and reorder until the sequence reads the way you would ask it aloud.

2
Publish

Put it live

Publish to the public poll page on your microsite. Attach it to an event, or run it standalone for community feedback between events.

3
Collect

Watch it fill

Responses arrive from phones in the room and counts move in real time, with percentages per option ready to put on the screen behind the stage.

4
Close

Lock the result

Close the poll to stop responses, export the analytics to Excel, then duplicate or reset it when you need the same questions again.

Questions

Audience engagement, answered

What hosts and producers ask before they put a poll in the run sheet.

No. Polls have a public page on your microsite, so participants open a link in whatever browser they already have. There is no app, no account and no sign-in step between the question and the answer.
Yes. A poll can be attached to a specific event or run entirely standalone, which suits community research and category suggestions between cycles. Either way it appears on the same polls dashboard alongside everything else.
Awards voting runs through categories and candidates with paid vote bundles, USSD and payment gateways behind it. Polls are lighter — free, instant and disposable — for the questions you ask a room rather than a nation. Many programmes use both on the same night.
Two ways. Duplicate it, which leaves the original and its responses untouched, or reset the responses on the existing poll and run the same questions with a new audience. Both keep you from rebuilding the question set.
Response analytics with counts and percentages for every option, and a full export to Excel. Closing the poll freezes the record, so the numbers you quote in the post-event report are the numbers that were on screen on the night.
